No. Each family gets a private link with a 6-digit PIN — no signup required. They can open it on any phone, tablet, or computer.
Can I require signatures and file uploads?
Yes. Forms support drawn e-signatures, photo and document uploads, legal acknowledgements, and conditional questions that appear based on earlier answers.
What happens after a packet is completed?
You can trigger automated actions — send a confirmation email, create a card in Grow, or push the family into Manage. Or set the packet to wait for your approval before any actions fire.
